حين يعتريك الحزن الشديد و القهر
حين تغلبك دموعك ولا يشعر بها اقرب الناس اليك
حين يبكيك كل من تحاول ارضاؤه
و حين تبكي كل من يحاول يرضيك
حين تصبح ثقيل الظل
مصدر همهم فيهربون منك
و حين تكون مصدر ازعاج لمن يحبك
فيهرب منك هو الاخر
حين تنقلب الموازين
و لا تستطيع ان تصححها
و تنكسر نفسك
و تبكي بحرقه
حين يغلبك دمعك
و يختلس طريقه للخروج من عينيك
حين تموت ببطء
و يخنقك الام
حين تنهار كل اسوار التحمل داخلك
و يعتصر قلبك
و حين تدرك انك لا شئ

Your own reality. If you feel ashamed of them, and hide them, you're letting society destroy your reality. You should stand up for your right to feel your pain.”
